Saint Quiriace Collegiate Church
Saint Quiriace was built in the 12th century at the bidding of Count Henri the Liberal. The kingdom's financial difficulties during the reign of Philippe le Bel meant that construction work was never completed. The famous dome, whose silhouette may be seen for miles around, was a 17th century addition to the original building. The old-established families of Provins who lived in the upper town were traditionally known as the " Children of the Dome ".

The Collegiate Church is illuminated every evening at dusk - a splendid sight for visitors and residents alike..
